Frank Tangredi did a Comparative Market Analysis and showed me several houses within my area that sold with similar kitchens and suggested I leave the kitchen as is. Instead he suggested that I concentrate on midrange upgrades and maintenance which I did. Frank was able to get an acceptable offer within six weeks and I closed soon after.
